I was hungry, had to workout and wanted to make a proteinrich meal which is fast, easy and tasty. So I wanted to boil eggs. No big deal. This is what happens when men cook:

AntwortenLöschenI've had this happen so many times! This is what I do:
AntwortenLöschen1)put eggs in pot filled with room-temp water
2)put pot on stove, until boiling
3)once it begins to boil, remove pot from stove
4)wait 10 or so minutes for pot to cool
5)remove eggs, and put them in another pot filled with ice cold water.
6)wait a few minutes, take them out and peel!
Be sure to put some salt and a little vinegar in the first pot of water with the eggs, could help them from cracking

AntwortenLöschenHmm. I always boil the water before adding the eggs, & I carefully transfer them into the water with a spoon, so they don't whack against the bottom & crack. I usually keep a bunch of boiled eggs on hand for a quick snack.
